The last two activities we can choose to do during Reading Time are Free Writing and Word Work. Free Writing is so much fun because we can write about whatever we want. Did you know that getting better at writing also helps you get better at reading?
Word Work is when you get to practice reading and writing the words you learn in your phonics class. This helps with our spelling and also helps with our reading and writing. How cool is that?!
